A Gorgeous Colorado Summer Wedding
Immaculate Conception Catholic Church and Lionsgate Dove House
With blue skies and radiant sunshine Moises, Jeniece, and the wedding party arrived at the Lionsgate Dove House to start getting ready for their big day! The ladies headed to the bridal rooms upstairs while the guys headed down to the Grooms area. The Dovehouse is such a unique and fantastic venue. So many nooks and crannies to explore; I loved being there to experience it all with them.
The afternoon was downright bursting with joy and laughter as Moises and Jeniece got ready for their first look. Moises looked sharp in his black tux with a plum vest and black tie! We got him all set and ready outside for the first time he would see his bride. Jeniece looked angelic in her timeless, elegant wedding dress, accented with a beautiful gem belt, double-layer long veil, and her hair and makeup done perfectly. After a few deep breaths, Jeniece called to Moises, and the look on his face when he saw her was unforgettable. He couldn’t keep his eyes off of her!
With the last boutonniere pinned and everyone dressed to the nines, we headed to the Immaculate Conception Catholic Church to get these two love birds married! Jeniece’s dad drove her to the Church in the Family Car, a fantastic old-school white Chevrolet. She was riding in style!
Friends and family gathered in the chapel, waiting to celebrate this beautiful couple and the vows they would make to each other today.
I Do
Once everyone was seated, it was time! Even though Moises had seen Jeniece, he couldn’t keep his eyes off of her while dad walked her down the aisle. As Moises and Jeniece turned to face the alter, they stood in a beautiful glow of light shining down on them, as if Angels were surrounding them. Their ceremony was beautiful, with scripture readings, singing, communion, and finally saying I DO. Family and friends gathered in the foyer to celebrate and congratulate them.
Party Time
When we arrived back at the Lionsgate Dove House, I was amazed by the beautiful scene created by the vendors and family. From the charming florals, the beautiful table settings, the cute wedding cake, and tons of goodies to the incredible smell of tacos. I couldn’t help but photograph every little detail! Moises and Jeniece had the cutest sign-in, it wasn’t a book but a frame, and everyone wrote on a heart and dropped it in. they also had a remembrance table set up for their loved ones who were no longer with them. It touched my heart!
Once everyone had their fill of tacos, the newlyweds took to the dance floor for their first dance. They were picture perfect together! After all the dances and the money dance, it was time for the party to let loose! When the DJ cranked up the music and the guests flooded the dance floor, I was ready to put my camera down and start dancing with them! The energy, joy, and dance moves were outstanding and infectious. I couldn’t help but dance here and there! As it was time to pack up my camera, give hugs and say goodbye, the party was still going strong!
Moises and Jeniece, CONGRATULATIONS, and thank you again for the opportunity to spend time with you and capture your day. I am so happy for you both and can’t wait to see where this new adventure takes you! Take a moment to leave a comment of congratulations for the newlyweds below! Show them the Love!!
