An Exquisite Romantic Gardens Wedding

At the Denver Botanic Gardens

I love how both Andy and Valerie express their love towards and for each other. When I met Andy, he gushed over how much Valerie meant to him and how much he loved her. It was a breath of fresh air to hear him talk so freely about how much he loves her. Andy and Valerie finally were able to say I Do on Sunday, September 6th, 2020, at the Romantic Gardens in Denver Botanic Gardens. Valerie walked down the aisle to Andy mouthing the word WOW!

Calm and Peaceful is How it Goes

When I arrived at the Botanic Gardens, it was for sure one of Colorado’s hottest days. And with the Wildfires, we had some smoke and haze all around. That didn’t stop Andy and Valerie from having their best day! I met up with Valerie, and usually, I am jumping right into taking photos, but today was different. It was relaxing, calm, and peaceful. There was no rushed feelings, or are we going to make the timeline talk; it was a welcomed change. Sitting and chatting with Valerie and her best friend MaryEllen was such a joy! MaryEllen had flown in from Connecticut to stand by Valerie as her Matron of Honor.

It was amazing to see the beautiful scenery that the vendors created for Valerie and Andy in the Romantic Gardens. From the jawdropping view to the beautifully crafted doors at the ceremony site created by Christy Joy. Everything was so picturesque. The string quartet was nestled in the pink stone gazebo, playing beautiful music for all to hear. I couldn’t help but photograph every tiny detail I could find! Everything was so unique in that part of the Garden. I almost felt like we were whisked away to an English Garden Countryside.

A Ceremony to Rival All Others

The uniqueness of their celebration didn’t end there! As Valerie was escorted down the aisle by her son Dan, I watched as Andy mouthed WOW. His expression of seeing his bride coming towards him with priceless. You could see the love in his eyes, and they were not leaving Valerie 🙂

Andy and Valerie’s Officiant Russ gave such profound words to the Bride and Groom. Reminding them to love one another, hold God in their love and marriage, and be faithful to each other. They took communion together as their first act as husband and wife, and Uncle Joe blessed their union with words of encouragement and love. Just being in the company of so much love made the day so joyous.

Let’s Celebrate

After the ceremony, we were able to walk around the gardens to take photos, and all I can say is Andy and Valerie picked a beautiful place to get married. As we finished up with pictures, we headed over to Cocktail hour and dinner. As their friends and family made their way to the West Terrace Tent to be seated, Andy and Valerie were patiently waiting to be announced. Andy commented that Valerie planned the whole day and what a fantastic job she did. I have to agree with him 100%! Everything was incredible, from the venue to the florals, the delicious dinner, and the delectable cakes.

I am genuinely grateful that I got to be such a big part of Andy and Valeries’ spectacular day. It was such an incredible day filled with so much love and joy! Congratulations to Andy and Valerie! If you would so kindly take a moment to Congratulate Andy and Valerie in the comments! We love sharing those with our couples!
